Nursing Malpractice Definition
If a nurse fails to properly administer a drug, administers the wrong drug, fails to follow doctors’ orders or falls below the standard of care required of Licensed or Registered nurses, he or she may be guilty of malpractice. This applies whether the nurse is in or out of a hospital.
